Decided it was easier to order the SAME Samsung Washer that had died...it had ALWAYS been dependable for many many years. I was RIGHT, as the second time around I am equally as pleased PLUS I already knew how to operate the machine. Thank You too as the delivery went very smoothly.

My old Samsung washer had broke, and I needed a new one. This one matched my current dryer better so we went with it. It is smaller than my old washer, however for me it is easier to use. I'm short and with this washer I'm able to reach down and pick up the clothes without much effort. So taking that into consideration if you are 5'9" or shorter this washer makes it easier for us short people to use.

I have only used it once since it was installed. So far I have not had a problem. I think it is a good quality machine.

So far it’s a good little washer. It replaced a larger Samsung one that lasted 10 years. It’s simple to use but you have to download and print the operating manual from the internet. It’s very good at cleaning the cloths but maybe that is why the cycle is long.
