So far, I have been very pleased with it. It's nice not having a middle agitator down the center. Our clothes seem cleaner, smell fresher, and dry quicker. Very pleased so far. I will say that the song that it sings when a load is complete, makes me roll my eyes and kinda drives me crazy, but other than that....no complaints.

I can wash much larger loads now, including a queen-sized comforter which never would have fit in my antique Kenmore. I thought I would miss not having an agitator but the Samsung seems to do a better job of washing. Also, the dryer takes less time to dry so I can get my loads done faster while using less electricity.

Very quiet and yet powerful washing all my dirty clothes . Great machine , highly recommended
