it seems to operate fine i hope to get many years use out of it

The Samsung washer checked off all of my boxes concerning my washing machine needs. It has a quick wash and all of the usual wash cycles. The large basket allows you to wash large loads at one time. I also like the see through top. It gives the washer an updated look. The vibration reduction feature is wonderful.

I have had this washer for several months now. It is so much better than my old Samsung washer. It spins out so much water from the clothes which cuts down on drying time. It is so quiet and at the it chimes at the end. My clothes are so much cleaner now.

Love my new washer. Has many settings to use specific for each load. Very large capacity. Holds my queen comforter or large loads and cleans them well. Only thing is when you hit the start button, it has a delayed start. Does anyone else washer does this. Not a big issue, just wondering it normal.

This washer is amazing. I work construction and it gets all the stains out of my clothes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new washer. Very affordable and high qaulity

I've had my washing machine for 1 year and 3 months. It worked really well the first few months. After a few months, a small portion of the rubber gasket at the top of this washing machine started sticking out. I have been unable to put it back in place. The normal and deep wash cycles have started making a straining noise when in use; therefore, I mostly use the Heavy and delicate wash cycles. The bedding wash cycle works ok. I feel the heavy wash cycle cleans my bedding better. I love the self-clean feature. I like being able to change the water level during a wash. I like the see through top of the washing machine too. I am searching for the manual to look for warranty information to get the rubber gasket and straining noises repaired.

A fantastic unit! I had Best Buy haul our old washer away and I set it up myself. Easy set up, friendly movers, would highly recommend their services. Love our new washer it's been awesome!

The installion went all right, and of course, the Washer has operated well.

I did a lot of research and looking before buying a washer. I’m so glad I went with this one. Overall it seems to be just fine. Iv had no issues so far, it’s not to noisy or all over the place. It cleans the clothes a lot better then my last Samsung. Installing and setting up wasn’t to bad either.

We’re in love with our newfound ability to wash loads of laundry so much larger, than with our old washer. It was barely 8 years old, and seems like such an old clunker in comparison. The final spin on our new washer removes more water, and with much less twisting up of our clothes, also. Very pleased

I love my washer it’s very spacious on the inside. I love the smoky glass top you can see your clothes thru.I have one problem I am just now noticing all water cycles are coming out hot. I wish I would’ve notice earlier. Other than that it’s a keeper.

I was a little skeptical at first as I have only owned Kenmore & Whirlpool before. But I really like it. It's very quite, controls are easy to use. I also like how you can pause the cycle and the lid unlocks & you can start it right back where it was paused at. You don't have to restart the entire cycle.

I had my doubts about purchasing a washer without the agitator, but this baby gets my clothes clean, I am able to do large loads, and the machine does not vibrate excessively and it is not too loud. The machine came at a good buy. I highly recommend it!

Very good washer for its price. It does the job in a very good way. It only misses some washing programs that are available in other washers.
