Love this washer. We never had a washer without an agitator before and we were skeptical. It does an excellent job cleaning clothes and has a large capacity.

The washer was just what I wanted with the VRT and top load and Samsung brand .. saw it on line first time buying an appliance on line .. needed my old washer out .. they did that .. set my new one up .. took my old one out .. PERFECT..

I love my new washer! It is quick and quiet. It spins the clothes drier so thatchy can be dried faster. I had to wait for about a month for delivery but considering the Covid quarantine and all, I think that is not too bad. It is a Samsung and it is great!

the last washer was a Samsung, this seems to be a good washer also! I like that I can see through the top how it is washing.

So glad I bought this washer. It fits my covers, larger loads & it’s quiet. My 16yo son does most of the washing he lives it.

We purchased the washer first when the one we had ( not a samsung)broke. It has been a very good washer so far, I am looking forward to many, many years of good use & lots of laundry being washed.

Greater capacity than my last washer, but still have the option to do smaller loads. No agitator so not as noisy as most washers. All electronic controls, including self-cleaning. Does a lot better job than my husband.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what can only be described as the worst washing machine ever. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received broke down right after the first wash, leaving my laundry room flooded. After the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a replacement, the delivery person, perhaps in an act of sympathy or warning, informed me that this model was notoriously problematic. He specifically pointed out issues with the gasket, which, as he warned, breaks easily. True to his words, the second machine also failed after just one cycle, proving his insight was spot-on. My laundry room was flooded for the second time. The design and build quality of this washer seem fundamentally flawed. The gasket, a critical component for sealing the door and preventing water leaks, appears to be made from substandard materials or designed with significant oversights. This leads to not just one, but repeated failures in machines supposed to be reliable household appliances. Conclusion: Avoid this washer at all costs. Poor build quality and reliability issues make it an unwise investment. If you're looking for a new washing machine, look elsewhere to save yourself from this cycle of frustration.

So far so good. Ive only had it for few days. But i love it. Very easy to use, lots of room for bedding and large loads of laundry. Its awesome. I had this delivered from best buy and they were on time and did a great job.

We love this washer. It has a high capacity which we needed. The spin cycle is so efficient, I think our dryer has to work less to get the clothes dry!

This washer is great. It's quiet, has a multitude of choices, plays a pleasant tune when the cycle is over and gets my clothes really clean. The one draw back, the drum is deep and I have to use tongs to reach the clothes.

Its been a year and this product has continued to impressed me. Cleans clothes well, meets expectations, and runs smoothly.

I purchased this washer along with the Samsung dryer. Its been wonderful, Ive not experienced any issues! I would buy again.
