The wash cycles are kind of long - the normal cycle is about an hour and a half - but it works great otherwise and has a large capacity.

Fast and efficient, a bit noisier than I thought but not an issue. A great price point for the technology this washer comes with. So far so very good.

This is a very good washer for the price. I bought it in a package deal with the matching dryer and I have been very happy so far.

Great washing machine! Nice size for larger loads and bedding. The functions are easy to use. The only issue is I’m a short and I have a hard time getting all the laundry out due to height of machine. BeSides that it’s perfect!

Great washer - it's relatively quiet. The cycles are a little on the long side with the average being about 1 hour but this are clean and seems to be pretty energy efficient.

I like the washer and dryer. I took 12 days for it to be set up correctly. The delivery people left without checking the hot water. It leaked and the washer was not tested for computerization. The 2nd group came and did nothing but say they will order a part. A third guy came and he fixed the problem I wasn't the part ordered. It was the washer in the line backwards. He also checked it with the computer to make sure it worked. The problem should have been fixed when delivered, Tell the delivery people to check the washers in the lines. Thank you

So glad to have regular washer again. The front load energy efficient was not my favorite. This washer without agitator seems great.

Worked properly less than 3 years. Changed all 4 supports ($35 each) for this machine after paying the diagnostic fee ($65). It didn’t fix the issue. So I refused to pay the labor fee (another $250).

This washer fantastic. The matching dryer, however....oh, it makes sooooo many annoying noises to let you know it's done. SO a for instance, if you're on the couch, watching a movie and it's your day off on a rainy Sunday, it will sing to you and let you know over and over again until you deal with it, that the dry cycle is complete. SOOOO ANNOYING!! That's the only problem. AND - IT WON'T DRY BEDDING. THE sensor thinks it's done and cuts off. It's almost impossible to get bedding dry. I bought this for my daughter, where I bought similar off brand, and mine drys everything so fast....doesn't talk back to me. So go with the washer, but really check out the matching dryer.

I bought this for a rental. I chose it for its brand, size of tub and price. It’s a good price for the quality. I’m happy with my purchase. The renter loves it too.

Today May 9, 2023, the SAMSUNG HIGH EFFICIENCY TOP LOAD WASHING MACHINE arrived, I noticed that they lowered the WASHING MACHINE WITHOUT BOX which seemed very strange to me (whenever we have bought something they leave it with its box), when they placed it on the floor of my garage my Husband and I noticed that the washing machine had A KNOCK ON THE FRONT PART, I told the dispatcher that it was not normal for him and I may think that they are leaving me AN ​​OPEN BOX PRODUCER, with possible damage. I'm really disappointed.
