Very nice washer...it does everything a washer is supposed to do...would be 5 stars but feel the lid is a bit flimsy and slams if not careful.

*I made direct eye contact with the crew who delivered and install my washer, as they drove past my house. They did not return for approximately 45 minutes. Unless they made another delivery in the neighborhood (and I doubt it), this was the only sticking point of my experience. Given the current political tensions, I can't help but wonder if my race and the neighborhood contributed to the circumstances in executing this contract.

Replaced washer that the old one stopped working. This one works good. like the clear glass.

Love having an updated washer. This was on sale for a great price and glad I went with it, but so far it has shredded a few of the items I have washed in it, particularly those held with glue. Luckily I didn't care much about the clothes/rug that it let loose where the glue was. The impellar is supposed to be more gentle, but not sure so far. I can tell it cleans the clothes well though and better energy savings.
