This washer is easy to use and has a large capacity. My last washer left white streaks on certain dark material such as black jeans, shirts, track pants, and other dark items. This machine doesn't leave any streaks and I have always used liquid detergent. I have done 8 - 10 loads and no streaks, no problems, and the clothes appear to be cleaner with this washer. This machine is taller than my dryer but I think most newer appliances are taller, especially with larger capacities. I like that it rearranges the load so it washes and spins without any problems or banging noises. A nice sound signals when the load ends, not an annoying long buzzer. The men who installed it were very courteous, quick, and efficient.

Excellent and clothes are always clean. Very quiet wash and has given me no problems since purchasing it.

Very good price for the brand. High quality. This is our second set of Samsung washer/dryers. Our last set stayed behind when we sold our house. It had more bells and whistles but this set is all we need. Easy to use and efficient.

I like all the features and not having an agitator. It holds a lot of clothes and they don’t get too tangled up. It is also much quieter than my last washer and has a soft close lid.

Best washer I have used in a while. It quite! I love that it has very little noise. Also cleans very well. The cycles are a little long but once you find that out you can get past that.

I absolutely love my Samsung washer! It’s spacious on the inside, enough room to wash big comforters and it not loud but you can hear it washing, so not super quiet but not enough noise either to be a bother!

I LOVE this machine. It is easy to use. Clothes are clean. At the end of 20 washes it tells me it wants to do a clean on itself. So you run a cleaning cycle. It has more settings than I will ever use but they are there if I need them. This tub is enormous and I can wash 2 quilts for my bed in this with no off balance and they come out beautiful. I love Samsung products but this one is amazing. I totally and highly recommend this washer. OH, and it is not loud at all.

I love this washer. It doesn't have an agitator so the inside is super big. Very quiet and easy to use.

Easy to use. Super quiet and is very roomy. Balance of the load is excellent, have had no issues. Like how it tells you how long it will be till its done. Pleasantly surprised by how much we like the washer.

Great washer. I've had this over six months and it does a great job. Can fit king size comforters easily. It's quiet. Does do a little jingle when its done. Its never been unbalanced in the year I've had it so that's a plus. Gets clothes clean and I have some dirty clothes with a mechanic and a truck driver in the family so I'm happy. Really don't have any complaints with this washer.

I was looking for a washer that could handle bigger loads and was somewhat quiet. This has been all that and more. It is simple and easy to use and does a great job.

Samsung's top load washer is a very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. It is pretty quiet and seems to clean my clothes well. I like the see-through door. I like being able to see what's going on during cycles. I like the easy push buttons and the very simple operation of the washer. The pull out detergent drawer is super simple to remove and clean to help reduce build-up. I like the location of the drawer as well. It is easy to fill.

Love this washer! Wasn't to sure about the lack of agitator in the middle, I had a washer of this type in the past and it was terrible never really got my clothes clean. But this Samsung washer gets the clothes and bedding super clean and it is quiet to boot. Plus has a lot of capacity to take on the biggest laundry loads. I'm a believer!

Very good appliance for the money. I had Samsung in the past and wanted another set. I am very pleased with the washer and the outcome of the loads. It holds alot. I washed 2 king thin comforters at one time. I can wash larger loads of hoodies, sweaters, and etc. The washer is very quite and efficient. I use to have on average 5 loads every week and now I can do 3 nice loads and have laundry complete

Works good hopefully will last long time to it is very easy to operate and somewhat quiet.

The washer has worked great and has lots of space for all of our loads. It easily fits a bed comforter. Everything comes out as it should. You do have to run a “clean” cycle every 10-15 loads, but you just run the cycle, no need for any detergents or special cleaners.
