Samsung should stick to making televisions and mobile phones. This was our first purchase of a Samsung appliance, and it will certainly be the last. About 3-4 months after we got this washer, it started making a loud, irritating noise and quickly stopped working thereafter. A technician was sent out a week later but did not have the part needed to fix it. It took another week for another technician to come back with the needed part but it still could not be properly repaired - even though it washed, it would make an abnormal sound at various times in the cycle. Samsung finally decided to replace the unit. The new one was delivered yesterday and promptly displayed an error code about 10 minutes after the Best Buy installers left. Best Buy sent another team out today to look at it and they stated it was a defective unit! We are opting for a Maytag washer as we no longer want another Samsung.

Went from a top load to a front load and now back to a top load. This thing works really well for big loads. Blankets, sleeping bags, etc. Does a great job spinning the water out. Makes the dryer's job a lot easier.

The delivery guys were good and clean. What i mean about clean, they left no mess and made sure they didn't scratch or dent anything when setting up our washer.

Excellent washer for the price. In combination with the gas dryer, this new set washes and dries our clothes very efficiently. We were happy to see this unit can auto sense water level, etc. and that was a nice added feature.

Excellent washer I tend to over load my washer and it always stays balanced I never notice a smell inside it but every few washes I do the clean cycle just to be safe

I wash a lot of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi’s and this washers is able to handle the weight.

great washer very deep might be hard for a person around 5 feet to get all the clothes out easily.

I love this washer! Went from a front loader to a top loader and so glad we did! Very user friendly and I like how you can adjust the water levels. From order to delivery was seamless. Technicians were very efficient and polite.

Happy with our new washer. A little louder then the last one we had. It does have an end of cycle buzzer, that can’t be turned off. Most times I don’t notice it. Extremely large basket. Makes washing go a bit faster. Great for larger blankets and comforters.

I've had this product for several months now and it works very well. I am a little concerned about the drum being a little off-centered. However it cleans the clothes very well as well as rings them out almost to the point of being dry.

Only had one hiccup when it wouldn't start for a night because the drain hose got clogged, once unclogged its been working great. Its deep get some washer tongs.

Good washer for the value and it works well. We just moved into a new house and it works well although it is a tight fit in our laundry room since the length of it is a bit larger than most washers you would expect.

fantastic. only just received and love it! the tub is very large and accommodates so much more than our old washer. easy to use, no tricky things to figure out, it's all straightforward. We would highly recommend!

The window is very nice so even if there is an uneven load i can take care of it becasue i see it duh

I have trusted Samsung for appliances and electronics for quick a few years. I purchased this washer in September and have enjoyed using it. Also my family enjoys it with the exception of the music when the washer stops.
