Great brand and user friendly! Love the customization that you can pick regarding water level, water temperature, etc. Also appreciate the time display of how long your load is going to take to wash. Last but not least, the chime at the end is a great feature letting you know when the cycle has completed.

Love the auto sensing and quick wash feature. No meed to spend thousands on a washer that cleans exactly the same as this one.

I am someone that does research and reads reviews before I purchase anything. I have no idea how this washer was so highly rated. It DESTROYS my clothes. It has put holes, left strange stains and more often than not unravels them to the point where I am sitting there cutting threads off my clothes for hours after doing laundry. I've been in contact with Samsung Care multiple times and they DO NOT CARE. They sent a technician to my home and all he did was look around the drum, and when he didn't see anything sticking out he said "it's not the washer". You don't think there could be anything else wrong with this appliance??? I load the washer exactly how is specified and wash everything on delicate and I am still having these issues. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again.

Awesome washer, easy to handle, and washcloths are neat and clean.

Works great and has enough selections to accommodate different types of clothing. Does a great job extracting water so drying time is reduced. One complaint, by default the water level is high. It can be changed to auto but that setting cannot be set by default.

At first use, I was very happy with this purchase of a new top loader. I chose a top load after my previous 12 year old front load washer. The front load was hard to clean the water that remained in the gasket. However, this new top loader has a serious flaw. According to the manual for this model, the detergent drawer is removable for drying the water that remains and for cleaning. There was NO way to remove this drawer. I didn’t gain a thing in the water residue department and we live in Florida where mold and mildew are a constant problem. I called Samsung and all they could tell me was that they thought that drawer should be able to be removed. I sent this model back and had to buy a more costly model with a drawer that was removable. Best Buy was very helpful with this exchange, but I feel Samsung “dropped the ball” with this complaint.

It’s been exactly 6 mos since we purchased and it completely stopped agitating. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this washer. I owned a Maytag before this and it lasted for years without any issues!! Thought I’d upgrade to a Samsung and I completely regret it! Times are way too hard with this economy to be throwing $700 down the drain.

The guy who delivered and "set up" the machine ran it through a wash cycle without turning the water on at the faucet. He also did not level the machine. The drain hose is really short. The water hoses were not included in the purchase of machine.

Not bad, replaced a washer with an agitator so this is the first without one. Had a few times when the wash went longer than the time initially displayed, once for almost two hours. The water is also very warm even though set to cool.

Great washer with lots if features. It gets the wash done fast and you have lots of fearures at this price point. Samsung appliances have a good repair history. Very little downtime.
