The color of the display (red) is off-putting and it's not the quietest. But we do love the automatic sensors for load size and the number of specific laundry types/soil/temps you can choose. The cycle finish song is hilarious bc it is the longest ditty ever played!

I have only had it for two years and it doesn't clean well at all. It keeps getting worse. There is no inside trap to clean and I think it just builds up because I can't get inside wherever it is, or in this case isn't. Also it doesn't always spin as well as it should.

I love the auto-clean setting and the fact that it stops the washer if it senses a load is unbalanced. These aren't unnecessary bells and whistles, these extras will extend the life of the washer.
