I have had someone Samsung hired for warranty out 5 times now to fix still can’t figure the problem out meanwhile I have been without a washer for over a month and Samsung refuses to replace and continues to send out people that can’t fix. I would have been better off buying a $600 trash can because that’s about all this thing can do now.
