The washer is a little noisy and doesn’t complete cycles at times. The error messages are annoying and make no sense to me. I’ve had to hand rinse the clothes a couple of times because of this..I am returning this product.

No agitator, so the laundry doesn't wash or spun dry well. I use Tide Pods and Downy freshener, which must melt first before putting the laundry in But the top door LOCKS, so you can't wait for the pods abd Downy to melt. This washing machine is horribly.
