The washer was damaged, looked as it someone kicked the back panel and dented, went ahead and finished prepping for shipment. I expected better in Samsung appliance. Best buy is doing all they can to remedy the situation.

Fiest time, Samsung appliance purchased. The washer provided horrible service despite looking very good. The dryer of the same model caused more havoc on my electric bill. Thanks to Total Tech membership that i was anle to return both items. Dont recommend.
