Worse washer I ever bought

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Followed user guide and troubleshoot the 4C error: [1] water pressure was OK, [2] using a level, washer was balanced, [3] mesh filters were cleaned when I inspected them, [4] water faucets were operating fine, [5] not issue with the water drain since we were able to use our old washing machine just fine for 3 years before purchasing this (which was a Maytag), [6] we suspect a faulty/defective motherboard because during each phase of the cycle, the timer should have gone down after each minute. It did not. For example, operating 'Rinse + Spin' cycle with 'Low' water level, it starts off at '24' minutes but will not change until next phase at '19' minutes. Sometimes we would have some luck actually completing a cycle. Most times it gives the 4C error after it fills the drum with water.

I try restarting it and it didn’t work after a few days it unlocked Also where you insert the soap and fabric softener gets very messy, there’s no control for the water. The only nice thing is when the machine is done a plays a nice music

The hot water does not shut off and keeps filling the tub, and the machine emits burning smell. It shrunk some of our clothes with the extremely hot water even when we had the cold water setting.

I would not recommend this washer to anyone. It shrunk my clothes and left lint. It does not flush out the water completely and left my clothes damp and heavy. Overall, the washer settings are confusing. It is not easy to use, or user-friendly. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different brand. You're probably better off handwashing your clothes.

Top part of clothes barely get agitated. The agitator is only about an inch tall, so it doesn't agitate the clothes very well with larger loads. The tup is very deep so if your 5ft 3 inches you will need a stool to comfortable get the clothes out. Also, if you can not change the temperature once the wash has begun because it will have to drain and begin the cycle from the very beginning. Poor design.

Had to make 3 appts before it showed up at my door. First time, I wasn't able to answer the phone in the only 30 minute window I was not able to get to it in the entire afternoon, had 2 people waiting the entire day. 2nd attempt, they thought it was a repair, not a delivery and didn't even have my washer on the truck. Final time- arriving in the same window that other stores were offering, It did make it and the delivery guys were efficient. I was told I'd get some kind of comp provided, but never saw anything, no cut in price, nothing bonus, worthless.

I’ve never had such a loud washer before, not even my first , very basic top load with a dial was ever that loud. From the moment it starts up, there is a loud grinding noise as it starts to spin. Then the draining mechanism is loud as well. I’m returning/ exchanging for an LG washer. Not sure about the other reviews about it being quiet. They must be on a different model.
