    Does not dry clothes completely very damp feels like wring iwith hands compared to my previous washer clothes are almost dry

    Crappy machine. Lid lock wire was frayed. Samsung it was best to just put tape over the fray wires so they said I’ll take a technician to do just that. I didn’t know for two days and I told him this is a fire hazard so they sent somebody back to replace the wiring it’s 2025 and I still haven’t had my issue fixed.

    Had two years and can’t stay balanced which estimate to fix is more than we paid for unit. This is my second Samsung Washer to go bad in under 5 years.

    Does not clean clothes

    It doesn't get clothes clean. After a month, I've tried every different setting, changed soaps 3 times and spot cleaners twice. It simply does not get clothes clean. Service at Best Buy was great in store and delivery.

    Stained clothes which i cannot replace. Best Buy would not replace them although it was less than 35 days out.

    Washer great Installation Bad

    The installation did not happen. The people never called to reinstall it. They said the cables were wrong so the plumber changed them (easy fix) and installed it. Washer is great. Your installation people not good

    Worse washer I ever bought

    Followed user guide and troubleshoot the 4C error: [1] water pressure was OK, [2] using a level, washer was balanced, [3] mesh filters were cleaned when I inspected them, [4] water faucets were operating fine, [5] not issue with the water drain since we were able to use our old washing machine just fine for 3 years before purchasing this (which was a Maytag), [6] we suspect a faulty/defective motherboard because during each phase of the cycle, the timer should have gone down after each minute. It did not. For example, operating 'Rinse + Spin' cycle with 'Low' water level, it starts off at '24' minutes but will not change until next phase at '19' minutes. Sometimes we would have some luck actually completing a cycle. Most times it gives the 4C error after it fills the drum with water.

    The machine started OK but after a few washes It wouldn’t move or restart and it had stuck my clothes inside the machine. I try restarting it and it didn’t work after a few days it unlocked Also where you insert the soap and fabric softener gets very messy, there’s no control for the water. The only nice thing is when the machine is done a plays a nice music

    Big bin FAIL do not try

    Returned first one within a week because of drum failure- this new one is worthless as well. Light stuff only. Cannot take 4 towels and a 2x 3 thin bath towel alone at once. Have not even tried anything large. Giant bin but no power to handle normal family laundry. Only works on small loads like 2 pair of jeans max, or underwear and socks or

    It was great till it started to malfunction

    The washing machine started to malfunction in just 25 days after the installation. The hot water does not shut off and keeps filling the tub, and the machine emits burning smell. It shrunk some of our clothes with the extremely hot water even when we had the cold water setting.

    Support from Best Buy is horrible! They do not stand behind the products they sell. They only want to make the sale. I suggest you GET YOUR APPLIANCES from HOME DEPOT. this machine does not get pet hair off of your clothes. My 20 year old machine washed clothes better than this one.
