Samsung washer

You left a leak

I’ve been trying to schedule your team to come out and fix it and it’s nearly impossible to have anyone take my request seriously. They keep telling me they’ll be in touch in 24 hours. I will not be purchasing anymore appliances from Best Buy. This has been a truly disappointing experience.

Called help desk to see if there is an issue but no one seems to know how clothes should be washed. It fills with water and detergent and washes clothes and after filling again with water and cycling again, it just drains water. How is it normal behavior.

Washer broke early
