    The guys who installed our washer left our water valve leaking. It wasn’t leaking before. I’ve been trying to schedule your team to come out and fix it and it’s nearly impossible to have anyone take my request seriously. They keep telling me they’ll be in touch in 24 hours. I will not be purchasing anymore appliances from Best Buy. This has been a truly disappointing experience.

    Don't buy at all. Clothes still smells bad after washer get done. Called help desk to see if there is an issue but no one seems to know how clothes should be washed. It fills with water and detergent and washes clothes and after filling again with water and cycling again, it just drains water. How is it normal behavior.

    Not the greatest. Takes forever to wash, gets stuck on certain cycles and restarts, which I could afford new ones, I'd get rid of these.

    Worked great for 45 days then the drain pump went out. Had to get Samsung to come fix because Best Buy said was out of warrant time with them.

    We purchased this washing machine in November, 2023 and it inexplicably stopped working in the middle of a cycle in February, 2024. We are some distance short of impressed.

    Bought washer dryer set both broke in 1st year. Washer fixed without issue, dryer broke, got no help, and now is garbage!! Never ever buy Samsung!!!

    I've owned this in a rental unit for less than 2 years. It now won't drain properly, and I"m being told it'll cost almost as much as a new washer than to fix it. It's gotten some use, but absolutely no way it should be this expensive to repair, especially after only 2 years! I won't be buying Samsung appliances again.

    Tried to call local store 3 times about picking up the washer, all 3 times was put on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever picked up.I would recommend the product, but not the store.

    I regret buying this machine. It constantly beeps and will not complete a wash cycle. I’ve only had it one week. I don’t see anything smart about it. I’m not sure if it’s defective or the delivery guys didn’t hook it up correctly.

    The motor on this machine is extremely loud and the wash cycles could use more water. The one good thing is that there is very little vibration.
