    Loved it until it broke! Was very nice looking, love Samsung but the drum inside broke four days after buying it

    Sometimes I have to manually cut off the water. After the rinse cycles the water doesn’t shut off it keeps filling up the washer. I bought the washer brand new

    Washer replaced still can’t get hit water on normal load. Can get it on bulk!!!!

      A washer is a big help for us to do our laundry. We are here to help Rock.

      Automatic temperature control also reduces how much hot water is used by mixing in cold water as much as possible.

      See page 37 If you select NORMAL cycle, this cycle is the regulation and UL cycle. Fills with the wrong temperature water on page 49. Setting a desired temperature on page 31.

    The washer is great, but overall, Best Buy provided me with the absolute worst customer service, I have ever experienced. Buy the products done and ct from anywhere, but Best Buy.

    Over all the washer is fair not great. The noise is loud when in use. Sometimes I just close the laundry room door.

    Clothes not cleaned

    I purchased just one month ago. The clothes could not be cleaned as expected. Now it is getting much worse. We tried every way, changed washing liquid, and tried to do deep wash. But it doesn't clean at all. The clothes come out as dirty as they were.

    Don’t waste your money

    I rarely leave reviews but this washer is so bad. The clothes come out covered with lint and looking dirtier than when they went into the washer! It doesn’t appear to have a trap to be cleaned and the manual doesn’t provide any solutions to this problem.

    Purchased to replace old washer for tenant.Never worked since day one, purchased on 12/29/2020, deliverd on 1/6/2021,contact samsung on 1/9/2021 for repair, still not resolved the issues.

      Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning.

      This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.

    Loud obnoxious tones play after everything it does, and there is no way to turn it off at all. I ended up opening the system and disconnecting the speaker. I couldn't take it anymore

    Worked for a year and now aggressively shakes. Didnt buy a warranty thinking Samsung would make a washer that lasts, I was wrong. Now I have to pay for a repair. Also the annoying jingle when a load is finished is ridiculous, and you cant turn it off.

    Less than a year it has failed.

    I’ve had since August all of a sudden it smelled like melted plastic and stopped working. It’s be used lightly, will be calling company tomorrow.
