Bought this after purchasing our new home. I LOVE it. Lots of space, clothes get rinsed properly every time, not soaking wet, etc. Fairly quiet as well! We had one issue where the drum came off, so it couldn't spin correctly. It was my fault after not putting enough items in there and just one sheet (it doesn't do well with un-like items.) But, Samsung helped us do a factory reset and it fixed itself-amazing! Would highly recommend if you are in need of a washer!

Purchased this along with aq matching dryer. Cleans as well as the old style with the large beater in the middle. It is also relatively compact. It was much easier to fit in the laundry room that the one this replaced.

This is my second Samsung;I liked my old model better;on my old one you could select the size of the loads or do a quick wash,on this one you can only select one size which I dont really like;its ok but over priced.

I had been looking for a washer for a minute. I wasn’t sure on which one to buy. I don’t regret getting this washer. It’s very easy to use and I love it. My husband’s work clothes is one of the toughest to wash since he works construction. It comes out super clean.

No agitator had me wondering. It works better than agitator machines.

Love my new washing machine! Read previous reviews of different brands and the Samsung has certainly lived up to all the positive reviews!! Delivery guys showed up on time. Installation was perfect. And the washer is certainly quiet and can wash 2 loads in one over my old washer. Loving that!!

I absolutely love this washer. It’s quiet and does an amazing job on my clothes. The only drawback for me is a minor one. I always wash clothes on cold, so each time I start a load I have to push the temp button several times to the cold setting. A minor inconvenience really.

This was an excellent purchase. I love the timer it gives you on each cycle. The washer itself is very quiet & smooth while running.

Very good washer! Very quiet. My last Samsung lasted 15 years but I thought I would give Maytag a try. With the exception of my dryer all my other appliances are either Whirlpool, or Maytag. My first washer purchase (open box) from Best Buy resulted in having to replace it in less than a month!

Great product, only reason we give it 4 stars is due to the horrible notification tone which you cannot turn off. Otherwise does a great job and is a good deal.

I’m super happy about my new washer this unit is amazing and not to expensive this is the washer I have ever owned a lot better than the lg washers that’s for sure !

We had this machine for just under 3 years when suddenly it started becoming unbalanced during the spin cycle on even the smallest loads. It is impossible to get through a full wash cycle even interrupting the cycle to rearrange the clothes each time it became unbalanced during the spin. A repairman told us that we need to replace the 4 suspension rods, which in total cost more than replacing the machine altogether. Until now, we had been very happy with it, but we should get more than 3 years from a new washer. The GE washer we had before this lasted over 10 years.

Its a good washer. We had no issues with it. I give it 8/10

Solid washer all around! I do wish all of the legs were adjustable for balancinh purposes, but, beyond that its great
