They do exactly as they are suppose to and they do it well. The cycle setting selection is perfect. The wash cycle is quick and efficient. The drum size is ideal for our family of 4. I can wash bedding with ease. This washer is gentle on all of our beach items and delicates as well. I would hands down reccomend this washer. You will not be disappointed!

Somewhat Disappointed

The machine is beautiful, however, almost totally plastic except for the washing drum. There are items I do not like about the machine: (1) The machine gets off balance very easily. (2) I am 5'5" and cannot reach to the bottom of the washer. (3) The washing cycles are too long. I had to buy a grabber and step stool to reach socks on the bottom of the machine. The machines very good.

The best part of the purchase was the 'will call' pickup availability. The personnel at their Missouri City location were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Best Buy was the only major retailer that offered warehouse pickup and saved my husband a trip back to Houston with the farm truck.
