this was one of the best washers i have had i give this washer 5 stars

I got a lemon! My washer makes weird mechanical grinding noises, constantly goes off balance and we have to redistribute almost every load, it's loud and leaves my clothes very damp. I've had to call a service tech and they are ordering a part. So basically, I received my washer broken

Great Top Loader. It's just the right depth as my fingers just reach to the bottom. It does a good job of washing our clothes and getting off the cat hair. The glass top makes it fun to watch.

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give this washer 0 stars I would! I bought my washer in October 2020. It started giving me problems about three years later. When I called Geek Squad they kept giving me the run around because they swore they couldn't fix it and suggested that I just purchase a new washer. Absolutely not I told them and the fact that I was experiencing problems was ridiculous! So I had no choice but to call Samsung and explain my situation they covered the cost of replacement but I still had to pay for their labor. Well now my washer completely went out. This washer did not even make it to five years old. Ridiculous!!! Shame on Samsung stick to making cellular phones.

We had this machine for just under 3 years when suddenly it started becoming unbalanced during the spin cycle on even the smallest loads. It is impossible to get through a full wash cycle even interrupting the cycle to rearrange the clothes each time it became unbalanced during the spin. A repairman told us that we need to replace the 4 suspension rods, which in total cost more than replacing the machine altogether. Until now, we had been very happy with it, but we should get more than 3 years from a new washer. The GE washer we had before this lasted over 10 years.

Great product and excellent delivery in and out! They didn't touch my walls at all carrying my items upstairs to my laundry room.

I have had this washer for a few weeks now and I love her! Such a big upgrade from what I had before. Have no complaints here. Would recommend.

Washer purchased Oct 2020. The load is always off balance. After a month of constant load interruptions, it shakes violently and won't spin the water out. Looking forward to high repair bill, since these things are built to only to outlast the warranty period. Samsung cell phone - yes! Samsung appliances - heck no! My Samsung dryer has had to be repaired twice in less than 3 years.

Excellent dryer large drum to wash clothes. Installment paid for well worth it very professional individuals sent by Best Buy would order again. Thanks,

Bought this washer and matching dryer just over 3 yrs ago. After buying and mentioning to friend that I bought new set, he said, hope its not Samsung. Washer worked great but last month, starting shaking badly during the spin cycle. I read online to change out the springs, called Samsung to get part number, ordered springs on Amazon, installed in 20 mins, tried again. Shaking was the same, tried zip tying outter drum inside unit, but the heavy duty zip ties just busted. Made call to local appliance repair place to see if they could repair it, they told me that they do not repair Samsung, that should say alot. Wife said, need new washer, did not waste my time or extra money and just bought a different name brand washer. This washer only lasted me just over 3 yrs, long enought to be out of extended warranty. I was really hoping to get more time out of this washer, but if you read online blogs, a lot of other people are having the same issues.

I couldn’t imagine a washer from Samsung could be this terrible. From the day I purchase to the day I got rid of it. It was straight up horrible. Constantly shaking. Always off balance, i always had to call into Samsung for help or assistance with the shaking. Then they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to have a tech come out and check it out. Never ever again This machine was A big waste of money

This washer runs quietly and gets the job done. Haven't a an issue with heavy loads or delicates.

Our product service is really good. We time need short time or long time. Clothes are very clean after wash.
