The brand new washer SAMSUNG was a great buy as well as the name brand. I can't wait later to get the matching dryer.

Washer turned out to be a good product as it works well and has the features and size to handle the various types of wash settings that most people need. The washer was ordered on-line and we attempted to modify the order to a more expensive model in the product line within 30 minutes of the purchase. Neither the on-line app or Best Buy support representative via phone was able to modify the order after it was in the system which was disappointing. The product ordered works well and I'm glad we didn't spend the extra money for a couple more bells and whistles that would probably not be used

This is excellent washing machine. I would buy it again. In fact, I have two in both of my houses.

I love my new washer. It cleans very well, is very quiet and can handle my very large comforter without any issues. I also love the tune when your wash is complete.

Excellent washer, huge tub without agitator makes loading big bed spreads a breeze. Love the Insignia brand.

This washer is awesome and affordable! I am petite and had issues reaching the clothes at the bottom of my old washer. Not so with this one, even though it is large enough for bigger loads. I like that I can set the water setting to conserve water and save money as well. It runs quietly and efficiently.

not thrilled with new washer, not easy to unlock the child proof lock, and the cycles are not really easy to figure out, it spins and spins like a rocket ship.first machine without an agitator, takes some getting used to., i like being able to add items after cycle starts, in case i forgot to add something, find you have to stop power, or pause, than it wants to start all over again,ugh..back to manual., but its quiet, one thing good about it, and i like the glass see through lid.

I love the item get my clothes clean and smelling good only dislike about the item is the music on it when the cycle is complete

I really do like this washer super easy to use and washes really good!

The washer is actually bigger than expected. My usual wash load only fills the washer half way. The clothes do not get tied up as they did with my former washer with an agitator. Water is not as hot but you can adjust the settings. The only thing I don't love is you can't fill the washer with water with the lid open. What I do love is knowing when the load will be done. I haven't decided if this cleans the clothing as well as the agitator washer. Still working on getting the detergent to load size figured out.
