Washer turned out to be a good product as it works well and has the features and size to handle the various types of wash settings that most people need. The washer was ordered on-line and we attempted to modify the order to a more expensive model in the product line within 30 minutes of the purchase. Neither the on-line app or Best Buy support representative via phone was able to modify the order after it was in the system which was disappointing. The product ordered works well and I'm glad we didn't spend the extra money for a couple more bells and whistles that would probably not be used

Have ran several loads of laundry since purchase and do not have anything bad to say about this purchase other than the packing and all the styrofoam were a pain to break down. Might be worth to pay for install so they can take all the garbage with them when finished.

Had it for a six months of months it does wonderful job can’t complain about it

Samsung is excellent for washers, so advanced with options for every load, had it a year now. Price was unbelievable low.... Looking to get a matching dryer. Samsung and Best Buy are EXCELLENT. The installation "kids" are terrible!!! On time, but not enough time allowed for them to put on the second stainless steel hose I was required to buy....so they had to go to the next work order. I had quadruple heart bypass surgery 2 weeks earlier, but I managed to screw on the hose to make my washer work, they were in too big of a hurry. Samsung and Best Buy are great....I hope these two delivery/installer idiots do not deliver my refrigerator and dryer.

Great washer with good capacity. It runs well and have had no problems with it so far.

Thus far (I've only had product 1 mo) seems to be working as it should be. I love that it yses less water and has no agitator.

Very happy with this purchase! Deep tub for large loads and also high efficiency loads. Clothes do not come out knotted up. Cleans well with lots of setting choices.

Great washer for a great price. Fits really large load of clothes and no agitator so no annoying clothes getting wrapped around it.

Works great and my clothes smell cleaner than my last washer so I am happy. But sometimes I do wish I didn’t own any clothes. I guess you just can’t have it all.

not thrilled with new washer, not easy to unlock the child proof lock, and the cycles are not really easy to figure out, it spins and spins like a rocket ship.first machine without an agitator, takes some getting used to., i like being able to add items after cycle starts, in case i forgot to add something, find you have to stop power, or pause, than it wants to start all over again,ugh..back to manual., but its quiet, one thing good about it, and i like the glass see through lid.

Nice quiet cycles. Cleans well. No issues. The chimes which let me know cycle is complete are helpful especially when I’m busy.

I’ve been using my new washer for about two months now and I love it. It’s able to handle large loads easily. The settings are perfect for the type of laundry I do. I am so glad I switched to a top loader. I highly Recommend it!!!

First time Samsung washing machine buyer - and first time buying a washer without the agitator in the middle....we LOVE this washing machine! I wasn't so sure at first but we just had to get used to it and now it's like a dream come true! Best Buy delivery was flawless - from beginning to finish the guys were great! Very happy with my purchase!
