The glass top is a nice feature and the kids love being able to see what's happening inside the machine during a cycle. While the cost of washers has gone up significantly over the years IMO, I'm still pretty satisfied with the priced we paid because in the end I do think it's a pretty high quality product.

I checked Best Buy and found what I needed. I ordered it online, it came on time , they installed it and it works perfectly.

Limited electronics which will be nice for a rental (less to go wrong) and strong Samsung name. So far it's been great and the capacity is huge! Good looking, yet simple design!!! Great price and in-stock. Best Buy is great for appliances and the gal that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out this model for what we wanted (listed above). Delivery was quick and easy too!

Generally, I was satified with the washer but a few times when washing sheets from a king size bed the load was unbalanced the cycle stopped midway. There was only the sheets from one bed and one bath towel so the machine was not too full. It was disappointing and disconcerting to have this issue.

My Best Buy purchase experience.

My initial phone call was not with the local Best Buy but the The employee this call was very personable and knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me. I bought this model due to the reduction in price and the quality of the brand name. I was told that the delivery date would be set by the local store so that did throw me off a little bit. When I found out my delivery date was almost 3 weeks out I was not very happy.... But I did receive a call about a week later with an earlier delivery date so that did help quite a bit. The 2 men that delivered it were professional, and were in and out in less than 35 minutes, Over all a good experience. I have used the washer maybe 15 times and so far , absolutely no issues
