I was subsequently told a new Washer was the wisest choice. I did some on line searches and decided on this Samsung model and then headed to Best Buy to view the machine. I closed the deal after my initial visit and the machine was delivered and installed within days, So far, so good....no problems with the operation or performance.

It is very easy to use and I have always liked Samsung, I had a Whirlpool front loader, got it from Home depot, it never worked good. I hated it!
