No matter what I did - couldn't get rid of the musty smell. Such a wonderful switch! Wasn't sure I would like a washer without an agitator, but it allows for more capacity and I see no difference in how clean the clothes get. Glad we made this choice!

This Washer will get your clothes clean and do it very quietly. The extra high water water level option is a nice feature when you have heavily soiled clothes or an extra large load of laundry. When your laundry is done, the washer plays a song instead of a buzzer to let you know. Well done Samsung!

Whistles and Bells Oh My…..

Lights and noise indicators aren’t needed. Cosmetically it’s close to the original but just looks cheap. Performance cycles are now longer for reasons only they know. Kind of a letdown compared to the original. We hope it delivers as well as it’s earlier model.

Very quiet and yet powerful washing all my dirty clothes . Great machine , highly recommended
