It is super quiet and has many cycles to choose from. I do wish it would spin clothes out more so less time drying like my old washer,but still very happy with it.

Generally, I was satified with the washer but a few times when washing sheets from a king size bed the load was unbalanced the cycle stopped midway. There was only the sheets from one bed and one bath towel so the machine was not too full. It was disappointing and disconcerting to have this issue.

So far it's a great washer

It replaced our Maytag Legacy that we'd had for 16 years but developed a leak in the pump. It's taken a little while to get used to because it's so different than our previous washer but so far we haven't had any issues or problems. It holds a LOT of clothes so I'm doing fewer loads.

It doesn’t have the agitator in the middle, so I can wash more clothes. The washer has lots of settings and the clothes come out very clean.

The settings make it easy to pick the perfect match for your your clothes: for instance, there’s are settings for bedclothes, heavy dirt, gentle fabrics, spin & rinse only and more. It’s also quiet. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

First Impeller Washer is a WIN!

I was warned that it would leave soap on my clothes, but not true as this has a dispenser for both soap and softener. My only complaint (?) is that it is so deep that I have to get on my toes to reach the clothes. Excellent washer!

Trent did a test on quick wash to make sure it was balanced and no leaks. I love my new Samsung washing machine. It has a glass lid, with a little tone when my load has finished. Pull out softener and detergent dispensers, extra rinse cycle along with a dozen other features. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy an updated model or just to upgrade. Best purchase I made from Best Buy.
