Trent and Terrance delivered my new washer. It was set up in minutes. Trent did a test on quick wash to make sure it was balanced and no leaks. I love my new Samsung washing machine. It has a glass lid, with a little tone when my load has finished. Pull out softener and detergent dispensers, extra rinse cycle along with a dozen other features. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy an updated model or just to upgrade. Best purchase I made from Best Buy.

I am very pleased with this product. It is super quiet and has many cycles to choose from. I do wish it would spin clothes out more so less time drying like my old washer,but still very happy with it.

Great unit! Had a front loader and REALLY didn't like it. No matter what I did - couldn't get rid of the musty smell. Such a wonderful switch! Wasn't sure I would like a washer without an agitator, but it allows for more capacity and I see no difference in how clean the clothes get. Glad we made this choice!

When the washer and dryer that came with the house needed to be replaced, we wanted a quality HE washer without paying too much. This was the right balance of cost and features. You can get bigger and fancier, but you will pay more for unnecessary things.

Me and my wife love our new Samsung washer. This Washer will get your clothes clean and do it very quietly. The extra high water water level option is a nice feature when you have heavily soiled clothes or an extra large load of laundry. When your laundry is done, the washer plays a song instead of a buzzer to let you know. Well done Samsung!

Quiet, good performing, does its job, good price for value

I am getting familiar with the new technology. This new machine ais so flexible with all the options for washing clothes. At first I thought our clothes wouldn’t get clean without an agitator. However, that has not been the case. Granted we are a retired couple, but we still manage to get pretty grimy working the garden, cars and of course cooking.

We actually wanted the bigger samsung washer we thought this was going to do small loads, but it actually handles big loads and washes the clothes very well. It's a great deal for the price we got both washer and dryer combo. The person who installed from geek squad did an outstanding job with the installation.

Runs quite and looks good. I like that machine moves the laundry load side to side while loading first water.

Love this washer. Large capacity with no impeller. Very quiet.

The washer makes some funky noise as it decides how big the load is, but then it gets busy and washes the load. It does not have a million different buttons to choose from but I have found in the past that I always choose just two or three buttons anyway. It’s a machine that I think does everything it should.
