I like this new washer. Easy to use. It is about 4 inches taller than my old washer. Im 5'2" and have a time reaching the bottom for the last of the wet clothes. Glad I'm not any shorter or I'd need a step stool. I love ❤️ the washer.

We needed a washing machine to replace a fairly new one that we had also purchased from Best Buy that started leaking like crazy. We’ve now had this washing machine for about a month and it is worked very well and functions very quietly. It is spacious inside and allows for large loads.

This Samsung washer is so efficient, quiet and smart.

I've had my washing machine for 1 year and 3 months. It worked really well the first few months. After a few months, a small portion of the rubber gasket at the top of this washing machine started sticking out. I have been unable to put it back in place. The normal and deep wash cycles have started making a straining noise when in use; therefore, I mostly use the Heavy and delicate wash cycles. The bedding wash cycle works ok. I feel the heavy wash cycle cleans my bedding better. I love the self-clean feature. I like being able to change the water level during a wash. I like the see through top of the washing machine too. I am searching for the manual to look for warranty information to get the rubber gasket and straining noises repaired.

Love love love this washer and dryer set ! I had a washer before and felt like it didn’t clean my clothes properly. This one is bomb I feel like my clothes are actually clean.

Works very efficiently, so far no issues. I am surprised that a sample laundry soap didn't come inside as a new washer, usually does. Overall I am happy with my purchase and hope will last for many years.

Love this washer, but beware if you're short like me as the drum is deep so it's a bit difficult to get items out of the washer ( I use long grilling tongs!) If you have the same problem you may want to consider a front loader (I personally prefer top loading washwes). Other than that, I'm really happy with this washer!

Efficient. Wish the lid didn't lock but it does have a pause button that allows you to open lid. Great selection of water temps, load size etc. Ordered on line and picked up at my store. It was there when they said it would be. No problems. Had it up and running that day.

The capacity is great and very quiet! Would buy this again.

The product is wonderful and I couldn't be happier! However, getting the product delivered was an extreme headache. The delivery guys themselves were great when they delivered but there were a lot of issues getting the product to my actual house. But I love the washer and dryer so the product deservs 5 stars.

Don’t have any problem with it so far ! Will definitely buy it again and recommend to everyone who wants a good machine.

Huge improvement over my old whirlpool… can wash a week of laundry in a single load .. can’t wait for my dryer to stop working so I can get the matching dryer

Love the washer and dryer! A disappointment in the service in delivering the dryer after 3 times of finding out that the guys weren’t qualified to hookup the dryer (gas)! Finally had to find someone who could ourselves!

Awesome washing machine. Looks great and I can fit a lot more clothes in it than by old machine. Also best buy was awesome with their delivery and installation. Highly recommend.
