I’m so glad I went with this one. Overall it seems to be just fine. Iv had no issues so far, it’s not to noisy or all over the place. It cleans the clothes a lot better then my last Samsung. Installing and setting up wasn’t to bad either.

I love the smoky glass top you can see your clothes thru.I have one problem I am just now noticing all water cycles are coming out hot. I wish I would’ve notice earlier. Other than that it’s a keeper.

It was barely 8 years old, and seems like such an old clunker in comparison. The final spin on our new washer removes more water, and with much less twisting up of our clothes, also. Very pleased

But I really like it. It's very quite, controls are easy to use. I also like how you can pause the cycle and the lid unlocks & you can start it right back where it was paused at. You don't have to restart the entire cycle.

The machine came at a good buy. I highly recommend it!

The tub is huge and love how clean our clothes look and feel.

It's small enough that I don't have to jump in it to get my clothes out but large enough to wash big blankets. It is kind of noisy and the regular cycle is rather long but I use the quick wash and it's fine. The jingle is plays at the end it quite drawn out. You think it's done but then it starts again. Other than that it's a good washing machine

We’ve had this Samsung washer and dryer set for 4 years. The washer seemed to work fine at first but after a few months, I started to notice brown flakes on our clothes when the cycle was complete. It didn’t happen on every load, but it was random as to which setting, water level, and temperature. After doing some research, I discovered others having the same issue with this model. It turns out, the flakes are mold!! (Picture included shows mold in the drum, but it’s been much worse than this!) I have always left the lid open and run the self-clean cycle with bleach, but the problem continues. It seems the only way to get rid of the mold completely is to take the machine apart and clean it out. I am definitely not doing that and shouldn’t have to do that. The only good thing to say is that the dryer just broke down (reminder that it’s only 4 years old) so we will be purchasing a whole new set from Best Buy, but it won’t be Samsung!
