So far so good. Get it level before you run any loads and you’ll be fine. People complain about the song it plays at the end, but I find it amusing watching my cats stare at it when playing.

I have gotten the error "4C" a couple of times for no apparent reason. After checking the manual I did what was recommended but it still appears every once in a while only when using the waterproof setting. Apart from this no other complaints.

You have to reset the water volume every time you use it, if you forget you will waste about 20 gal of hot water. The delivery window was supposed to be between 7 am and 1 pm. The unit didn't arrive till 8:30 pm. I contacted the company about this and they dont seem to care at all. Will not shop best buy again.
