Top load and many choices for different loads. It can take a lot but sometimes leaning over to reach the bottom of the basin to get the last few pieces of laundry is challenging though. Having a glass top makes it easy to remember to not put stuff on top :)

Ordered it on August 25th and received it on the 27th. Really like the fact that it doesn't have and agitator running up the middle of the drum. Many functions that I have not even tested out yet. Washes great, nice and quiet.

Very easy to use and clothes come out just as clean if not better than our top floor washer with an agitator. Would definitely recommend this washer.

Since I had their extended warranty on that washer, this one basically only cost what the extended warranty on it cost. It has been working well since purchase, was delivered and installed quickly and well.

So far it has done a great job, especially at the price point. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’ve had this Samsung washer and dryer set for 4 years. The washer seemed to work fine at first but after a few months, I started to notice brown flakes on our clothes when the cycle was complete. It didn’t happen on every load, but it was random as to which setting, water level, and temperature. After doing some research, I discovered others having the same issue with this model. It turns out, the flakes are mold!! (Picture included shows mold in the drum, but it’s been much worse than this!) I have always left the lid open and run the self-clean cycle with bleach, but the problem continues. It seems the only way to get rid of the mold completely is to take the machine apart and clean it out. I am definitely not doing that and shouldn’t have to do that. The only good thing to say is that the dryer just broke down (reminder that it’s only 4 years old) so we will be purchasing a whole new set from Best Buy, but it won’t be Samsung!
