I have had this washer for a year and a half and I love it. I bought it to replace my old samsung which was recalled. They looked similar but this one has a deep wash feature that actually fills the washing machine with water. My clothes get cleaner, they rinse out better and my washer stays clean. I'm really happy with this machine. It's a good size, I can wash a big comforter, no problem.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what can only be described as the worst washing machine ever. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received broke down right after the first wash, leaving my laundry room flooded. After the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a replacement, the delivery person, perhaps in an act of sympathy or warning, informed me that this model was notoriously problematic. He specifically pointed out issues with the gasket, which, as he warned, breaks easily. True to his words, the second machine also failed after just one cycle, proving his insight was spot-on. My laundry room was flooded for the second time. The design and build quality of this washer seem fundamentally flawed. The gasket, a critical component for sealing the door and preventing water leaks, appears to be made from substandard materials or designed with significant oversights. This leads to not just one, but repeated failures in machines supposed to be reliable household appliances. Conclusion: Avoid this washer at all costs. Poor build quality and reliability issues make it an unwise investment. If you're looking for a new washing machine, look elsewhere to save yourself from this cycle of frustration.

this was purchased after Best Buy was unable to repair my washer. Since I had their extended warranty on that washer, this one basically only cost what the extended warranty on it cost. It has been working well since purchase, was delivered and installed quickly and well.

Easy to use, many different cycle choices but not overwhelming and there is no guesswork for how long a cycle takes.

So far has been a great washing machine and is much quieter than our old one and has a lot more features. looked at many different washers and glad we chose this one. Delivery was fast and install was simple.

This machine has worked really well! We wash king bed comforters with ease. It’s quiet and we were very satisfied with our purchase

the last washer was a Samsung, this seems to be a good washer also! I like that I can see through the top how it is washing.

Excellent machine with all the appropriate amount of settings and features. We’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it is the best washing machine we’ve ever had. Samsung has not disappoint!

The washer was just what I wanted with the VRT and top load and Samsung brand .. saw it on line first time buying an appliance on line .. needed my old washer out .. they did that .. set my new one up .. took my old one out .. PERFECT..

We purchased the washer first when the one we had ( not a samsung)broke. It has been a very good washer so far, I am looking forward to many, many years of good use & lots of laundry being washed.
