Too much money for a Fair machine

We do like not having the agitator to stack clothes around and it's great for washing bedspreads. Real easy to just dump the clothes in. Stuff we are not happy with: It's very loud. It gets off balance quite a few times just with regular clothes. We don't like that you can't set an automatic water level by default. You have to select it each wash. Right now it's making a ratcheting sound when it washes so we'll be calling a repairman before it breaks down.

Only thing was tech who came to install mess up dryer went and I have to schedule appt again to fix it. Bestbuy send it next available appt not next day fix !!

Been using the washer now and timing for quick wash is 41 minutes versus 35 mins on my old Samsung washer. Other washer options also take longer. It’s ok.
