It's very deep, and it wrings out excess water from the clothing really well. My previous washer left a horrible moldy smell on some clothes I have and I decided I would try putting them in this washer with the hopes of removing that smell and lo and behold this washer took the smell right out!! For that reason alone this washer is worth every penny!! I have no complaints about it at all. It also has a cute little tune at the end of each cycle that lasts kind of a long time compared to my dryer but it's a pleasant tune, not annoying. Would definitely recommend.

It does spin both ways but the amount of loads, and speed of cycles are waay better. Our previous machine was great but started leaking and getting the new one just made sense To all those that are says that its loud and its shaking: Every washer is somewhat loud and its normal to shake a little, thats the nature of the product but nothing to the extreme. My washer and dryer are side by side with a very little space between and on the outsides and its all good. This machine is great and we are highly recommending it

The jingle at the end of a cycle is a little excessive but other than that I really love this washer. Also, the delivery and installation was super convenient.

The only downside is that I'm 5 feet tall and need to use a stool to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tub after each wash. No big :)

This would not work for our household so we exchanged it for the LG WT7100CW. The LG does a fine job and the normal wash cycle is much shorter at 40-60 minutes.

I have to settle for a setting closest to what I want because it doesn't let me change much on any of the settings and none of them come close to what I'm trying to choose! Every wash load is a challenge! Had I realized it was returnable it would have been returned and I would have bought a front load or a used washer without all the junk! Also it has no agitation and my clothes do not come out clean I have to wash twice! It's like a front load turned onto it's back, well it doesn't work well that way! So disappointed and I do not recommend this washer!
