I did a lot of research before buying this one and after 2 months of use we are very pleased with it. It does spin both ways but the amount of loads, and speed of cycles are waay better. Our previous machine was great but started leaking and getting the new one just made sense To all those that are says that its loud and its shaking: Every washer is somewhat loud and its normal to shake a little, thats the nature of the product but nothing to the extreme. My washer and dryer are side by side with a very little space between and on the outsides and its all good. This machine is great and we are highly recommending it

Easy to use and high quality washer. If you’re looking for a simple and modern washer I could not recommend this one enough. I have had it for about a month and discovered zero issues.

Love it! It has so much room. The jingle at the end of a cycle is a little excessive but other than that I really love this washer. Also, the delivery and installation was super convenient.

Love this washer. Easy to program and use. The only downside is that I'm 5 feet tall and need to use a stool to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tub after each wash. No big :)

I love my washer I love the various options I have and the locations for putting the bleach, fabric softner and detergent. Excellent choice.

there is no agitator in this washer. Models with center agitators work more thoroughly to remove dirt. Exchanged or a front loading washer that uses gravity to aid in agitation.

Great washer. Very quiet. The only problem we had is my wife is 5’-2” tall and we had to buy her a stool so she could reach the bottom of the tub.

This washer is really nice. It starts out a little louder than expected but then gets quiet. But it is my first brand new washer and I really love the ease of using it.

I replaced a 5 y/o Samsung with this new one. The old one had drum problems and persistent re-cycling and rinsing. Still, it was otherwise a good machine for 5 years. This one seems to be working just fine. I think it's noisier than before ... not a big deal, though. I like the Samsung products, so I'm satisfied. I was very happy with Best Buy salesperson, the communications prior to delivery, and the install guys. Very happy.

I love my machine. Does a great job cleaning my clothes. Nuff said.

Like it the size and how it operates with space new and t he e price was awesome
