This would not work for our household so we exchanged it for the LG WT7100CW. The LG does a fine job and the normal wash cycle is much shorter at 40-60 minutes.

I have had two front loaders and they were terrible. The first one had such a bad smell that I got a new one and that front loader started leaking within a year. My daughter had this machine and liked it so I went with the Samsung 4.5 high efficiency tool loader. So far it washes well and is quiet. The only draw back that I have with it is that it is difficult for me to reach in the washing machine to retrieve the clothes to put in the dryer. I am 5'6". Wonder how shorter people handle this problem.

This washing machine did the job. We did have issues due to our kiddos not loading it correctly but we purchased the warranty with it. The repair process was easy and someone came out and fixed it. I definitely suggest getting the warranty.

Just ran it for a load of wash and it was great.
