Nice and easy to use. Has a lot of feature's. Only downfall is I'm 5'5 and I have a hard time reaching the bottom.

This machine is good. I had a front loader before, and I like that I can select the water level, as well as temperatures. I can even wash a few delicates at a time.

Quick, quiet and effective. It even sings when it finishes. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

I love this washer. Love the function that gives the amount of time the wash will take to complete with ongoing timing and a little song when finished. It signals when to turn on the self clean. The detergent bin shows max amount. I especially like the quick wash for a 30 minute wash for those lightly soiled clothes needing washed on a hectic day.

So quiet! Efficienct and easy to use and we love the ability to adjust the water level on all cycles.

Purchased this washer for my wife. Washer is very quiet. Plays music when cycle is over.

I purchased this washer at the end of June 2024 and it was installed July 2, 2024. At the end of September 2024, the washer stopped mid cycle and smelled like burning plastic. It woukd no longer function. I called Samsung and put in a repair request and someone would contact me with 24 to 48 hours. I didnt hear from anyone. I called again and they said they coukdnt get in touch with me so they put in a new request. I still didnt hear from Sansung so I called again on Thursday, October 3. I was told my case was being escalated and i would hear from my case manager, Sonya, in 24 to 48 hours. As of today, October 8, i have still not heard from anyone. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I couldn't, only Sonya could help me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung. Their machines are junk and their custimer service is abysmal. numerous times and as of today, October 8, my case manager Sonya

I was a Maytag user. However, this Samsung was a great price. Turned out to be a really nice washer. Love it!

The unit is tall and deep, so someone under 5' 4" has a very difficult time reaching the bottom of the wash tub to get out socks, etc. Seems to get the cloths clean, however the water level is often lower on some loads than others with what seems to be the same amount of cloths.

I was so nervous buying one of the newer style washers, but this one does an amazing job!

I love my new washer! It’s super easy to use and was an easy install. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new washer!

So far, it’s pretty great. I appreciate no agitator being in the way of large loads. I feel it’s a little louder than my last washer, so still acclimating to that.
