Get ready this will be a long read. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took the day off work to be home for the delivery. The washer and dryer were delivered and my boyfriend tried installing them. The dryer was fine. However, the washer would not fill with water at all. He's a handyman so he knows how to hook up washers and there was no reason it shouldn't work, but it didn't. So we ordered a new one for delivery. Mind you, we already waited 2 weeks for these to be delivered. So 2 weeks without a washer or dryer was already rough. They told they would have the new one delivered in about 1 week. Well, I took yet another day off from work for the delivery, only to get a call saying they were here but they weren't - they were at a former address in another state because customer service auto corrected my delivery address to whatever billing address was on file.. So now I'm on the phone with customer service yet again, and they tell me they can deliver another washer in yet another 2 weeks.. I live in the middle of nowhere, so I can't just go to a laundromat. So I setup the delivery but decide to return the broken washer in-store. I call ahead to make sure its ok and customer service told me yes, it will be no problem. Well, I show up at the store and they tell me they don't normally take returns for items ordered online. So they made a big deal about having to do the return in-store and complained in front me to the manager about having to do the return. Thankfully the manager was kinder and more helpful and was able to do the return and cancel the delivery for the replacement washer. We ended up getting a used Whirlpool washer from OfferUp that's doing great so far! Needless to say, I won't be ordering appliances from Best Buy again.. These appliances should be tested before sending them out to customers, Samsung. Very disappointing..

We received our washer on 8/29/2021 and so far it seems to be doing okay however it does make a weird noise when it is swishing during the wash cycle on certain heavier loads. I don't know if it's because I chose the wrong setting or if something more is going on. If it keeps happening I will notify them about because we have a 3 year warranty that we bought at the time of purchase. Also the dispersing cups are kind of pain because it leaves water in them after the wash.

I love my new washer! Wasn't sure about not having an agitator but it works great!

It's great, does its job well and I enjoy watching through the window as my clothes get clean.

It works very well and we are truly happy with it. But there needs to be a way to deactivate the alarm when completed.

Although the Normal cycle talked longer than an hour and the Quick wash takes about 42 minutes this machine does a satisfying laundry job.

This washer is absolutely amazing and well built for being a mid-range priced appliance. It has all of the features to get so many diverse laundry loads done, in a fraction of the time as other washers from competing brands. I also bought the matching dryer as well.
