We were asked if we wanted a tech to come & check it out or wanted a new one. Of course we said a new one. Didn’t receive washer 1 wk later. We decided to return item because the washer was to deep to get clothes out.

Nice washer but I think I might have a dud set.

I’m just hoping that it doesn’t break down before it’s time! I don’t expect it to last forever but at least a couple years!

You can set all your liquids and clothes in the tube, an turn on through the Samsung App. Large tube lets you do large comforters and rugs. I can't say enough.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought a whirlpool washer and ultimately returned it due to the fact the machine was terrible: No obvious place for soap and bleach plus no matter how hard I tried I could not get an instruction manual from the manufacturer or anywhere else. The good news is I returned the Whirlpool machine to Best Buy and bought the Samsung instead. It is easy to understand how to best use it and so far it has been perfect. The clothes are clean and it is large enough for big loads. I will never forgive Whirlpool but I am happy with my Samsung
