I thought that this was a great deal on Black Friday for the combo washer dryer for under $1,000 I do love all of the features it seems to have but this washer is very noisy and sounds as though it's struggling most of the time to work. I didn't know if this was normal as I've never had this type of washer but it's becoming more and more apparent that there's definitely a defect here. Today I've experienced two error codes. One of them is due to the technician hooking my hot and cold water lines up incorrectly. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting the store.

Cancelled delivery 3 times. No call, no show. Had to miss 4 days of work. Had to pay a laundry service due to this. Paid for installation that we ended up doing ourselves.
