I love the music it plays when the cycle is over. I also like that after several cycles (I will say 20) it will request a self cleaning process to stay fresh. My favorite feature is that I can create my personalize cycles on the app, and will send notifications to my phone when its done washing. I am very happy with my purchase.

I thought that this was a great deal on Black Friday for the combo washer dryer for under $1,000 I do love all of the features it seems to have but this washer is very noisy and sounds as though it's struggling most of the time to work. I didn't know if this was normal as I've never had this type of washer but it's becoming more and more apparent that there's definitely a defect here. Today I've experienced two error codes. One of them is due to the technician hooking my hot and cold water lines up incorrectly. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting the store.

It has more functions than we're used to, but didn't take long to figure it out. I does a great job and even lets you know how long, for your settings, it will take. And it is really quiet .

One word of caution -- if you are short you may have trouble reaching the bottom of the tub to remove items.
