It has more functions than we're used to, but didn't take long to figure it out. I does a great job and even lets you know how long, for your settings, it will take. And it is really quiet .

I love the music it plays when the cycle is over. I also like that after several cycles (I will say 20) it will request a self cleaning process to stay fresh. My favorite feature is that I can create my personalize cycles on the app, and will send notifications to my phone when its done washing. I am very happy with my purchase.

It goes off balance and won’t spin, filling over and over again. Rearranging the items doesnt help. This is very inconvenient. We can’t figure out why this has such positive reviews. The first one stopped working the day after we got it.

One word of caution -- if you are short you may have trouble reaching the bottom of the tub to remove items.
