Water level is always acceptable with no problems replaced an older samsung washer that lasted 13 years just needed to update and get more energy efficiency.

It’s extremely deep and when you reach down there is a water jet button and it is hard to miss it so it sprays water on your just washed clothes. Plus they always feel really wet after they are done like it just doesn’t spin enough to get the water out. Very disappointed in this product.

We have been pleased with the performance and with the size of the drum. It holds about 17 towels, which helps me with laundry day! When the cycle is complete, I get a message on my phone, and the washer plays a sweet little tune. LOVE it!
