In normal cycle rinse mode, no water refilling drum, clothes were full of soap, also malfunctioned in deep mode, only worked correctly in quick wash?? Very disappointed with this Samsung product, luckily we were able to get an exchange, went back to LG.

Going in a third time. Save your money and don't buy. Had an older washer (mid 2000s) that washes 100x better. 1 star for looks.
