Cancelled delivery 3 times. No call, no show. Had to miss 4 days of work. Had to pay a laundry service due to this. Paid for installation that we ended up doing ourselves. Buy this product, just not from here.

Having twins (2 yrs age) I’m used to have their clothes dirty all the time and not expecting to wash all stains, but to my surprise the clothes are getting cleaner than expected ))) Hopefully I won’t change my opinion in time. Much better than my last machine!

Love that the top is transparent as to be able to see whats going on inside. Able to wash much larger loads than previous machine. I like that when I pause the cycle, it unlocks the door (if you have to adjust the clothing in the machine). End of cycle 'song' is a bit much, but not horrible, and not too loud.
