Amazing delivery service, fast and effecient and my washer came without a single scratch and this is by far the best washer for the best price I found checking numerous online sites and stores! The delivery guys ensure they take the most cautious pride handling the equipment like it was their own! I love my Samsung Washer!!!!! After turning 30 years old this year this was my first ever brand new appliance purchase and it made me feel on top of the world!

Does what it suppose to do but better than expected. Actually the machine noise is quite loud on most washers but this one is pretty quiet compared to previous washers I owned before. Impressed with product so far…

Extremely content with my purchase. At first i was upset about the white color not being available but now that i have the black set and they work great, i dont mind at all. They wash and dry really good! My first set were the Kenmore brand that i bought from Offer up so these are definitely an upgrade. Hope they last me a very long time :)

Great washer, so far so good! Have had it for a month and loving the feature where it allows soap and lets you know the max limit. Absolutely love that it tells you the time it’ll take for the load and it just depends on the water level temperature and whether you want normal or for a more delicate cycle.

The wash cycle is so quiet compared to my old set. The black is what I have been looking for. The agitator inside does the job well!

July 2024 Cleans better than the Maytag impeller machine we had. Tried to buy a Whirlpool with agitator and Whirlpool had an availability problem. First Samsung washer and we love it so far. Controls are relatively intuitive. Go online and download the expanded owners/operations manual for a better understanding of the machines settings and capabilities. Decent prices during holiday or special sales.

So far i am happy with this washing machine. Although I wish the agitation was a little more aggressive.

Great washer! It was delivered timely but it was a bit of a pain to schedule delivery. I’ve used it 4 times now and my clean seem cleaner than when I washed them in my old washer! I have yet to use the smart technology but the setup on the smart things app was simple and fast.

Updating laundry room. No problems. Runs quite. I love the little song it play when finished.

This washing machine is very easy to use. The tub is very spacious. So far I have had it excellent experience with this product.
