This washing machine is very easy to use. The tub is very spacious. So far I have had it excellent experience with this product.

The washer is easy to use, it looks great. We especially like the black color. Also, the delivery team was efficient, and professional and their installation was quick and easy.

We had recently purchased a LG washer with an impeller and no water level controls. Good thing for our Best Buy preferred customer. We traded the LG back and got a Samsung with agitator and water level control. Love this washer. You can actually see movement of your clothes as they go through the wash cycle. Water level controls allow use to set levels. The LG was either not enough or filled to the top 26 gallons every time. Cloths come out clean and smelling fresh without using a heavy perfumed detergent.

I love my washer, it has a sleek look, quite, and easy to use. It's been under a month, so far so good.

Being honest. I bought this set because it was on sale. So far so good. Machine does a good job and it is pretty quite. I do like the rinse option on front of machine. It even plays a little tune when its finished

I absolutely love this washer, it runs smoothly and appears to larger than your average washer which saves me from having to go to the Laundromat to wash my comforters.

We purchased this washer to replace our Samsung that went out. We were hesitant since our last one only lasted 5 years but the Black Friday deal was so good we decided to give it a go and added the 5 year Geek Squad extended coverage. We also chose the agitator this time around. So far we love the washer and the features. I love the extra high water setting. Our clothes feel softer and smell cleaner.
