The washer and dryer is well worth it! Just make sure you watch when it is being tested. My dryer was broken and took about 2 weeks and a headache to be replaced. The managers and team lead Tanner at Weatherford Best Buy, made my headache go away and truly saved my future business with Best Buy!

This washing machine is amazing, worth every penny. Samsung has always been a favorite of mine for the quality of products they offer. I love this washer, it is perfect for my family of 6 with 4 children that always have stains or spills. I also noticed my water bill decreased with this washer. I was almost everyday and havnt had ANY issues. The only thing I had to get used to was making sure I don’t leave any pieces out. Once you press start it isn’t a good idea to pause it and open it back if the water has started to fill or if the detergent was already poured in its designated area. It is truly a large load capacity as well. I washed some bedding to test the strength of the washer. ( in my family we don’t put bedding in the washer because it tends to get heavy and wet and cause problems) the washer remained quite through the entire cycle AND the blanket came out fluffy and not soaked in water. 10/10 definitely recommend. I’m buying the dryer next. I love this washer. PLUS you can start loads from your phone if you are in a hurry leaving the house, you can toss in the items you need and set the load type from the smart things app. If you are tech savvy and know how to care for your electronics and home appliances this is a great investment. The last thing I’ll mention is the different load options to meet every need when it comes to whites, delicates bedding you name it! I’m satisfied with this item! Go buy it.

I was forced to buy a very specific size, so when i settled on this washer. i was afraid it was too fancy. Honestly they are super easy to use. Really fast too. Its also nice seeing that 2 years later the black friday price is more than i paid.

Washing dryer just worked just fine. My Mom received hers and using hers. I haven’t used mine cause I’m moving but I’m quite sure it’s gonna work very fine as well.

Excellent washing machine. It looks great , is huge inside, and has very intuitive controls. We really like the incremental adjustments to aspects of the wash cycle, like number of rinses and spin speed. Overall, we really love this washer.

We love our new Samsung washer and dryer. They both have large tubs, and I love setting each load according to the load. The dryer dries fast and saves on our electric bill.And definitely let Best Buy install it! They did an awesome job setting up and going over how to use them!!

These machines are absolutely stunning. Very skeek design and great color combos. They operate whisper quiet and get your items so clean! Love the ability to control them from my phone via the app.

Really love this washer. It was easy to set up with the online installation. When you’re done you push two buttons and the washer tests your installation to see if everything is right.

Very fast machine. Clearly tells you how long each cycle will take based on the selected settings, which is extremely helpful. Cleans well and feels efficient and modern.

Got these to replace my LG washer that shook a lot on spin. The look is nice but The wash was okay the clothes not as clean as I would like . The settings were confusing. The door banged for a minute when spin first started then stopped. The rest of the spin cycle was quiet unless it was a large load. A couple times I hit the go to the wash to start and it didn’t start .ended up returning these ans went back to my LG.

It's the best machine I have had. It's fast, efficient, and has a huge capacity. I was happily surprised by the machine. Its very pretty too.

This washer is the perfect balance between a brand name, reliability, technology advanced, size, aesthetics, features, value and now that I've used it for a month, performance.

Great washer but door lock and latch had to be replaced 14 months after purchasing. Now the drain pump has gone out at 1 yr and 6 months had it replaced and just 2 days later it's leaking water from the bottom somewhere and door is going out again. Thank Goodness I purchased a 5 year warranty because its having to be replaced. Couldn't figure out why it was leaking. I highly suggest getting warranty. I had the older Samsung front loader 9 years and only had door seal replaced twice. The newer model appliance are just not lasting
