Bought this washer with the advice of my brother. It does everything I need it to and works perfectly. I like being able to change water levels and control settings with my phone. Very happy with this purchase.

All the bells and whistles, works great, looks great but not the quietest washer. Imagine it would'nt be as loud if on the floor rather than the pedestals

I bought this washer with the matching dryer. Both items are very energy efficient as reported on my solar panel energy use app. Its also a very good looking appliance that has a lot more space than my older washer and dryer set and can get more done quicker. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy, could be quieter. Would rather have a top load washer, but unfortunately the space I have for my washer does not allow the overhead room to open the door.

It does what its supposed to plus more , while looking so cute! Notifies me when my wash is done on my app, has so many wash options and no matter which wash cycle I choose my clothes always come out smelling super fresh! I love my smart washer! Samsung doesnt miss !

overall a good washer. if you don’t make sure the door is shut all the way, it may leak out dribbles. the quick wash is ultra quick and perfect for clothes or items that only need a quick refresh.

So this is the washer I got traded in for the Samsung because the Samsung wasn't working properly it happens. But all in all the store and the help are amazing love the Best buy outlet off of Tatum boulevard in Phoenix Arizona
