    Bought this washing machine in December 2023. It stopped working mid-cycle in November 2025. 3 person family, so it was not any sort of extreme use situation. Tried replacing both the main control board and door lock mechanism. At that point, we decided to cut our losses and buy a new washer.

    I purchased the washer and dryer set a couple of months ago and I've had nothing but problems since making the purchase. I continue getting a "4C" error message if I try to use any other was or dryer setting outside of the normal was or dryer setting. If I try to wash delicate clothes in cold water only, I get an error; If I try to dry clothes on a lower temperature than a normal cycle, I get the "4C" error message and the machines stop. I called Samsung for help and it's excuse after excuse as to why both brand new machines are having the same error. They said they would send a technician out to fix the problem, but then they started questioning if I actually purchased the machines. Are you kidding me! I sent receipts and they said it wasn't good enough. DON'T BUY THIS WASHER & DRYER SET. IT LOOKS GOOD, BUT IT'S TERRIBLE AND THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY YOU PAY FOR. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

    Upon doing first load, found washer to be extremely loud. Makes knocking sound and door pushes out when spinning and slams back into itself. This washer also had struggles with certain cycles at 13 and 11 min left. After load was done, there were some dry spots on clothes.

    bought a Samsung appliance in March 2023, and by November 2024, the machine stopped working—both the display and the control panel are completely unresponsive. A technician came to my home, charged me $100 just to inspect it, and advised me not to fix it because the repair cost would be as much as buying a new one. I find this unacceptable. Samsung doesn’t seem to care about their customers at all, and Best Buy, where I purchased the machine, isn’t any better. This is not a case of misuse or mishandling—the machine simply has a defective control panel, and it lasted such a short time. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of quality and customer service. For a product like this, I expected it to last far longer—MUCH longer than just over a year. Please, don’t waste your money on Samsung products. I definitely won’t be buying from them again. 1 year and 8 months. Terrible!

    Some of the clothes were dryer than others as if the water didnt get on them. The seal is to pliable it looks to worn to be brand new.

    CANT WASH MY CLOTHES

    I order washer and dryer, they deliver and doesnt fit they take the two back and said they would mark it up and i would go into store and trade for smaller set. Ingo into store a day later and they say the washer and dryer are on a truck at the store and they have to wait to unload to inventory them before doing return. I come back the next day and they say the washer and dryer are still not checked in. On the third day i returned the washer and dryer and have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the retuen. No one seems to be helping me at all. Bestbuy has really gone down hill at this point.

    Shakes very bad, I’ve tried a light load. Not sure if it’s the washer or because they didn’t balance the washer. Horrible! Should have been noise control.

    Drum was warped on original delivery. Had to call in a tech and then had to reorder and get new one delivered. This washer is okay but not sure it will be worth the amount paid. Have had issues with other Samsung appliances (dishwasher) so I know Samsung makes great tvs but not sure get same quality in appliances.

    My experience with BestBuy is the worst ever. I really like rate this a zero. 3 supposed attempts at delivery and 3 times never delivered without any notification that they were running late or weren't going to make it. Then in speaking with the customer care team there was absolutely no concern, acknowledgement or regard for customer care. They simply wanted to make a 4 attempt at delivery in a business as usual manners, as if the 3 other attempts were never made. No concessions given for my time, where I was made to take off from work for the 3 days. Even on the day of delivery, there is no one that you can call to speak with to track a delivery status. I will never purchase another item from the BestBuy store and will share this experience with as many other individuals as possible.
