I have had it since 2022 with normal issues. It needs to be drained from time to time and you need to keep the rubber lining clean on the door. I am having an issue with water pooling after a wash inside of the washer. I will be seeking help from Best Buy on the matter.

My friend put a load in and she unfortunately had paper towels in her pocket. After going through the wash and the dryer, the paper towels were completely clean and dried. They didnt rip into pieces or tear up. They were completely reusable napkins. I have never seen this before. I just love my new washer and dryer.

Gorgeous washer, but seems to break

I love all things Samsung, but the appliances don't seem to be as well-designed at their phones (I've had every model since the Galaxy S3 and always upgrade). While it has settings like steam wash, I can't say I notice a difference between a normal wash. I've tried all kinds of detergents and some items just do not get 100% clean. What really concerns me though is that when the washer spins, it makes so much noise and seems like a jet ready to take off. I don't know if it's a faulty sensor, but it's quite embarrassing when the washer acts up and I have company around. I've also had issues with washing blankets (rather thin ones) where the washer will seemingly crash and fail to complete the washing cycle. I find this happens when I wash more than 1 or 2 small blankets. I guess they get too heavy and it messes with the sensor? Overall, it's a really pretty machine, but the longevity of the device is rather questionable.

Have replaced several appliances with this brand due to my wife preferring how they look (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). This one is by far their best. Each other one has major or small issues with it. This one is just a nice big washing machine that does the job. My only problem with it so far is that it sometimes struggles when you have really, truly filthy things to put through it, it can take a few rewashes. (my toddler puked the bed; stomach virus. had to wash the world's filthiest kids' blankets, took several retries on "heavy duty"). But for every day use, this one really is a pretty good deal.

I had a wonderful salesman, Kevin, who suggested I get the stand. Although it was $300 more, it was worth it as door is right in front of me like in laundromat.
